Visitors

Visitation of the JPR technical exhibition is allowed only for professionals working in the Diagnostic Imaging field. Students from Radiology Technical Schools can also visit the event on Sunday, May 7, by prior registration.

People under 16 are not allowed in the area of the event, even when accompanied by parents or guardians. This standard is irrevocable and complies with the demands of the competent bodies of the area.

It is also not allowed the entry of people wearing shorts, tank tops, flip-flopsand other attire deemed inappropriate to the congress.

Professionals working in DI with invitation

Each exhibiting company receives from JPR organization a number of invitations, which are distributed to their customers and guests according to their criteria. With this invitation, which must be duly filled out, the guest visitors must head for the Visitors Office. There, it is necessary to hand this invitation and show an identity document (ID, license or professional registration as CRM, etc.). When the registration process is finished, the applicants receive a “Visitor” badge, which gives access to the commercial exhibition only.



Professionals working in DI with no invitation

If the visitors have no invitation, but still want to visit the trade exhibition, they can head for the Visitors Office and present a document attesting their professional practice in the Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging industry (business card, letter of recommendation etc.). In addition to that, it is necessary that applicants also produce an identity document (ID, license or professional registration as CRM, etc.). Upon confirmation of this information, the applicants have their registration completed, and they receive a “Visitor” badge, which gives access to the commercial exhibition only.

Students from Technical Schools of Radiology

For students from Technical Schools of Radiology to have access to JPR on Sunday as visitors, a school representative must register the group in Registration System of Visiting Schools on the JPR’2017 website. The deadline for registration is on April 5. The official visiting day for students of Technical Schools of Radiology is Sunday, May 7, from 9am to 12pm.

Visitation rules:

• The official date for the visits of Technical Schools of Radiology’s students to the JPR technical exhibition is Sunday, May 7, from 9am to 12pm.
• Only previously registered schools on the JPR website and which received a number of protocol from the SPR may bring their students to visit the technical exhibition of the event;
• Only students whose names and personal information were sent by the previously registered Radiology Technical School’s head to the SPR can visit JPR'2017 as a student/visitor. This record is personal and nontransferable.
• Students from Radiology Technical Schools who enroll as a student/visitor do not receive certificate or proof of attendance. In this case, the badge itself should be considered as a proof of participation.
• All students/visitors from Radiology Technical Schools must be over 16 years old. The entrance of underage, even if accompanied by parents or guardians, is strictly prohibited, and this is an irrevocable standard, in compliance with the demands of the area competent bodies.
• It is forbidden the entry into every JPR area of people wearing shorts, tank tops, flip flops (and others considered inappropriate attire to the event).
• It is forbidden to film or photograph the booths, products, and scientific presentations displayed in all areas of JPR.

Important information:

To carry out the students registration in the system, a representative of the technical school should access the Visitor Schools Registration System, insert the school data (Corporate Name, Tax ID and address), his data as a representative (full name, ID, Tax ID, email and telephone number) and the data of the students who will visit (full name, ID and Tax ID). In addition, the supervisor must upload in the Visitor Schools Registration System a letter written on letterhead of the educational institution, to SPR, requesting permission to carry out this visit; to download of the request letter template click here.
Due to the limited receiving capacity at the Technical Exhibition, the maximum number of students to be registered for school is 80 people.
Upon review and approval of this request, SPR will issue a Visit Permit Document, which must be submitted by the school representative in the Visitors SEcretary, at the event, on Sunday, May 7, visit date, along with his ID and the ID of all registered students. Finished this procedure, students will receive a "Visitor - Student" badge and will have free access to the JPR'2017Technical Exhibition.
